How much does shipping cost?

We provide free international shipping on all orders.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on your location, delivery will take 2-5 business days from the time your order is shipped. Orders are typically dispatched within 24hrs of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Will customs duty/taxes apply to my international order?

Depending on your country, you may be liable for your local customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.

These are not shipping charges and are payable by you - please consider this prior to purchasing if applicable.

We advise reviewing your local customs website for more information.

We will always declare the full customs value of your order when shipping internationally.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers?

Unfortunately due to the signature on delivery requirements of courier services, we can only deliver to PO Boxes and parcel lockers or via standard post and not courier services.

Can I track my order?

Yes, a shipping notification with tracking details and a tracking link will be sent via email after your order has been dispatched.

What if my order hasn't arrived by the estimated time?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but as we typically dispatch orders within 24hrs of purchase, your order must be cancelled promptly after purchase. Alternatively, you can request a refund.

What is the returns and exchanges policy?

We accepted returns or exchanges within the first 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unused, in new condition, and accompanied by a sales receipt. Complimentary return shipping is offered for orders shipped in Australia only.

Returns processed as a refund will be processed in the form of the original tender to the purchaser.

How long does it usually take to receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that the original order was paid. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received, depending on your bank and location.

If we inspect your returned order and determine that the product or packaging has been damaged we will contact you to make arrangements to return your order to you at your cost, or a 20% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs of replacing parts to restore the items to new condition for re-stock.

All refunds are processed in Australian Dollars and we are not responsible for any shifts in currency exchange rates between purchase and refund (for international orders).

Please note refunds exclude postage charges and any payment transaction fees.
